Ñique Dr. José Antonio de la Puente, dean of the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos has been imposed on a runner and weight as Noriega Jorge Santisteban. Ñique candidateó 5 times, its persistence has shown no "fifth bad."
