Our upper house of studies will become a new point of network of more than 40 American universities that make up the OICAD, which has as its primary mission the search for improving the institutions that are inspired by principles of solidarity between universities.

The launch of Node Peru will be held on 18 and 19 March, as part of an international conference will be attended by Drs Pedro José Sánchez González-Trevijano and Prado Camilo Freire, Rector and Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, respectively. As explained by the general coordinator of OICAD-Node Peru, Dr. Achilles Bedriñana Ascarza The observatory in our country will aim to follow up the economic activity of organizations and public and private institutions in Latin America, with the aim of know the problems and possibilities of development.

At the meeting, to be held in the auditorium She Dunbar, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, they will reach on the establishment and function of this office, and the importance of this observation as an agent Regional development driver, among other issues linked to the work being done.

during the conference will sign a specific agreement with the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Rey Juan Carlos University), complementing the Framework Agreement signed in November 2009, which allows execution of projects and cooperation in training programs and exchange teachers and researchers.

Doctor Honoris Causa

On the second day of activities, the Dean of America awarded the distinguished visitors URJC, the honorary title of Doctor Honoris Causa, in formal ceremony to be held in Centro Cultural de San Marcos, San Marcos presence of the Rector, Dr. Luis Fernando Izquierdo Vásquez, and other officials.
