The candidates who participated in this electoral process focused their concern on safety and transport, which is good because it contributes to improving the conditions that favor the competitiveness of our cities. This process requires the commitment of the mayor, directors, teachers and parents to develop a curriculum plan according to the context of today's world demands. This may be the beginning of a continuous process of improving the quality of education in harmony with the demands of a competitive market that allows basic education students be able to deal on equal terms to students of all item globe. This must be one of the objectives of education in the hands of municipalities and mayors challenge to be able to lead this initiative.
